Annotated Bibliography

Student Name:
Kimberly Cayamcela

In school mentor’s name:
Mr. Kay

Out-of-school mentor’s name and affiliation:

Ignacio Cayamcela, experienced guitar player and performer

Topic Summary:

The goal of this project was to become more knowledgeable of event planning as well as differentiating genres of music from an original to a rendition.

Project Abstract:

The initial inspiration behind this project was building myself to open up to my true identity. I identify myself as Kimberly but not as a musician. I grew up in a musical well rounded family (my father’s side, that is) and have always sung in my bathroom and bedroom since age five. My father has been my inspiration, my drive, to some day become a professional musician. Perhaps sooner or later I will be on the Latin Grammy Awards. I’ve also always liked the idea of having hope towards the growth of humanity. Therefore, I decided to not only put together a talent show but make it a benefit show. Operation Smile caught my attention because it cared for children who were born with cleft lip and palette and other facial deformities. I aspire to be an elementary school teacher and so I thought music and children was the best fit for this project. I worked with my father to enhance my ability of breathing with my abdomen rather than my throat, projecting my voice, keeping eye contact with the audience, and strumming my guitar the correct way. I was able to successfully be on a stage without being nervous after many practices. As a result of this project, I have gained better knowledge of the different techniques there are in singing. I certainly plan on continuing a musical background through college by participating in theatre, choir, and acapella.  I hope to one day share my original songs with an audience and gain the courage to post videos on YouTube of my singing and playing guitar in my room.

Kimberly Cayamcela's Philly Love Note

Posted by Kimberly Cayamcela in Storytelling - Rami on Friday, February 15, 2013 at 9:25 am
Name: Kimberly Cayamcela
Years in Philadelphia: 3
Neighborhood: Mayfair
Address: Torresdale Ave.

I am an eighteen year old high school student who attends Science Leadership Academy. I have moved to North East Philadelphia in the year of 2010 from Warminster, PA. I appreciate music as well as my guitar, Ruby. I'm a recent owner of a lovely pup named Rosie. Peace, love, and music is my everyday motto.

Dearest Philadelphia,

From the biggest city in the world, to the suburbs of Pennsylvania, to the city of brotherly love. As I set foot upon your lands I couldn't help myself but to compare you to the other lands I've called home. Unknown places, unknown people, unknown cultures, and an unknown persona. It took me some time. Time to allow myself to call you home. I discovered South Street last summer and began to visit often. Unique stores, unique personalities. My favorite store to enter is The Philly Aids Thrift Store. And as I walk on South Street, I love to observe the different cultures that come together to visit the same place. Though I live in the North East part of you and there's not much activities to do as there is in the city, I now call you home.

Sincerely, Kimberly Cayamcela

Room for Debate

Posted by Kimberly Cayamcela in American Government - Herman on Monday, September 17, 2012 at 12:14 pm
The reason behind the PATRIOT ACT being established was due to terrorist attacks that had occurred on September 11, 2011. To be cautious for the wellness of our nation, is to have the PATRIOT ACT alive today.
The PATRIOT ACT is not only being used for terrorists but for the typical criminal. Though, it shouldn't be used to spy on innocent Americans. For the government to be able to see every move you make when ever they feel the need to "check on you" is a little too much. But also, Americans should take in consideration the benefit of the doubt. Images and actions can fool you.
It's the government using common sense. If the nation loses its security, then it should be allowed to maintain surveillance. Although today their may not be terrorist attacks as serious as the 9/11 attacks,  America needs the PATRIOT ACT-or at least some portions of it- in order to secure American's safety.

Blog Post 1: Enemy of the State

Posted by Kimberly Cayamcela in American Government - Herman on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at 10:39 pm
I recall hearing my dad telling me that the government could hear my phone calls and see every move I make, but I didn't actually think that what he told me was fully true. Watching Enemy of the State, has made me realize how much more a government can be corrupt. Of course, this movie was a little exaggerated. Overall I will admit that it is crazy to think that the government can just come into my house and set up cameras to spy on me. The image that is given to the government in this film was very negative. To see investigators, who should be people the nation can trust walk around and make their own rules, I'd say is not a good thing. In the film, the privacy of our citizens is not respected one bit. Today, I believe that it is our responsibility to keep our lives private. Having Facebook, Kik, Instagram, etc. is our own decision and we decide to share to the world what we are up to at that exact second that we post up something on a social media network. With that said, I do believe that the government should have the right to have some sort of level of access with each individual's personal info. Not completely, but somewhat. You never know, someone who has been a good samaritan could be the new Al Qaeda. Though, it should be stressed to keep the safety of each citizens/community. But there should be boundaries. If the NSA has enough evidence of proving that you are a terrorist, the government should be capable of breaking the rules and hunt you down.

Summer Reading Recomendation~

Posted by Kimberly Cayamcela in English 3 - Rami on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 9:03 am
Loving, Living, and Learning by Leo Buscaglia is a book I would recommend for your summer reading. If you're going through a difficult time in your life, I assure you that this book will be your guide to be inspired. Leo Buscaglia is very inspirational and gives you life lessons you will carry out through your life. No, this is not a book about relationships. It's a book about all types of relationships- relationships with the world. I've read this book two times and I plan on reading it again this summer. I love this book that much. If you don't like this book you must be going crazy. “Risks must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.” - Leo Buscaglia.

Q4 Kimberly Cayamcela

Posted by Kimberly Cayamcela in Advanced Art - Hull on Monday, June 4, 2012 at 8:38 am
-Abstract
-Abstract Emotion
-Kina Grannis- Valentine
-Drake- Best I Ever Had

This 4th quarter went differently; I started off drawing but that transitioned to working with Music. I improved in mastering shading with my Abstract emotion drawing. I tried making the lips as realistic as possible, as well as the nose. I didn't do such a great job on the other facial features but I tried my best on doing so. Working with music was super fun. I'n to record. Recording was a fun experience and also gave me headaches. After running ve had a passion for music since I was in my mother's womb, but I've never had ambitiothrough the song once, I'd listen to the recording and find a mistake. I'd have to record many times until I came to find a recording I was satisfied and was clean from mistakes.

What if? History Benchmark

Posted by Kimberly Cayamcela in American History - Laufenberg on Friday, June 1, 2012 at 10:04 am

IMG_1994
I fully enjoyed working on this 4th quarter "What If?" benchmark. I have always been interested in immigration, and so I chose to focus on immigration. My Point of Divergence was Manifest Destiny. I changed historical events that had occurred in the year 1845; the Annexation of Texas. I killed the 11th president of the United States: James K. Polk. I did this by making James Brown Clay, son of Henry Clay assassin, causing events like the Annexation of Texas, the Mexican American War, and the Mexican cession to occur. I envisioned the result of this change would decrease the importance of immigration today. Mexicans would not be entering the U.S.A., suffering from poverty and corruption. Their lands would have been filled with abounding goods and no troublesome would exist today.
What I enjoyed about this project was that we had the chance to select a historical event as we wished, rather than being given what to do. Each individual was able to produce a product of their creativity. Oddly enough, I did not find this project to be challenging. I thought that I would have difficulties in comprehending the historical concept of it, but all went well. If I didn't understand something fully, I would simply watch a documentary or search it thoroughly and then add he information onto my final product. The most interesting event that I investigated was the Mexican American War. When I watched the documentary "Mexican American War" on the History channel what caught my attention was this quote:"If he bullied Mexico enough, Mexico would give up their lands." It's crazy to me to see how America supported Polk's decisions of war.

Decisions lead to more decisions, as do problems. A decision within a decision-decision inception! A historical event leads to more historical events. A decision in history is done accordingly to the finalized first decision. For Instance, in James K. Polk's presidential campaign, he makes promises and ends up keeping his promises like his promise to annex Texas, but that results in the Mexican American War. Yes, decisions in history are very influential indeed. Systemic decisions impact historical records by giving a result accordingly to the decisions that are made. I believe this project could be improved if the project was assigned earlier in the quarter. This project is very time consuming and with Summer kicking in, it's difficult to put on my thinking cap- at least for me it is. If I had the power to do this project over again, I would have worked on the project day by day, rather than all at once. I crammed in doing my research, when there was no reason for it if I worked on it week by week. I just felt that I wouldn't comprehend that a part of me said that I had to research everything thoroughly and not miss anything; it made me research many things all at once.

Kimberly Cayamcela: Quarter 3 Art Work

Posted by Kimberly Cayamcela in Advanced Art - Hull on Friday, April 13, 2012 at 2:05 pm
-Self Portrait Drawings
-Color Wheel
-Hair
-2 Point Perspective
-Shading

-This 3rd quarter I found some difficulties in my drawings. I thought it would be easy to draw myself since it is I, myself who is drawing. But, that wasn't the case. The first self portrait was not too bad nut not too good. I expected to be more realistic with my face. My second attempt improved a lot. The way in which I drew my nose looks more real and accurate than my first attempt. Also, the lips look more real. My shading has improved this quarter, I believe. I have learned different ways to make shading more realistic, such as rubbing it with an eraser and spitting on the paper and smothering it. This drawing resembles me quite well because my hair is almost always covering one side of my face.
-I was not satisfied with my color wheel. But, it's not that bad. I was a little confused in mixing the colors together and making it blend in like a rainbow.

-Like I said above, I have incorporated shading techniques now that I know of them. Usually when I draw, I just scribble over and over again to make it look like hair. Now, when drawing hair, I color in the hair as if I was coloring a picture with crayola and smear it.

-I really enjoyed drawing my 2 point perspective because I'm naturally good at drawing buildings and such.     My favorite part was drawing the shadow.

-The shading within the shapes was definitely not my strongest drawings. I tried to over and over again and the below pictures were the best I could do. I don't know why shading was difficult with drawing these shapes if I can do a good job when drawing hair. Perhaps I just need better eye sight and need to learn how to work with pencil more.
Over all I see that I'm improving with my drawing little by little and hope to continue doing so next quarter!

West Virginia/Kentucky Coal Sludge Spill: AJohnson, KCayamcela, K

Posted by Kimberly Cayamcela in American History - Laufenberg on Monday, March 26, 2012 at 1:18 pm

a. What went well?

Our work ethic was great. We all worked together and researched information. Unlike the other catastrophes, this sludge spill was minor and did not have much argument behind it.

b. What did not?

Finding a way we were going to portray the information was the difficult part.

c. What would you do differently next time?
I wouldn't do anything differently except perhaps, if I could, pick a topic myself according to my comfort zone. I feel as though the topic we were given didn't give us much to work with. I think complexity is key. The more information one has, the more effective the info graphic will be.

d. Specifically comment on the 10 tips for effective infographics

Be Concise- To be brief but not give little information.

Be Visual- To not include too much writing but images.

Be Smarter- Must be helpful, informative, and entertaining.

Be Transparent- To make our focus point obvious.

Be Different- Be unique/creative. You don't always have to go by someone else's idea.

Be Accurate- The research cannot be false.

Be Attractive- The info graphic must be eye-catching, not boring.

Be Varied- To keep the variation to a minimum. If it were to be too varied, the info graphic would look messy (The main idea wouldn't be there anymore).

Be Gracious- To not have too many things going on all at once. For example "this means this, and this means this, and this means this."

Be Creative- This is similar to being different. Being simple can be bad sometimes, therefore being creative can take the boringness of a project away!

Which of these areas did you excel in? Which were not so well represented? Why do you think some elements of design were easier or harder to include in the end product?
We excelled in almost every factor of having an effective info graphic except for the, "Be smarter" portion. I think we could have done a better job incorporating all the information we found rather than just focusing on the damage of the spill. Some elements of the design were easier than others because, depending on how "on topic" the information was to our main topic (the damage of the spill), we couldn't include other information we researched, such as: how the government responded to the spill, or how the area is today.

Kimberly Cayamcela Q2 Art Work

Posted by Kimberly Cayamcela in Advanced Art - Hull on Friday, January 27, 2012 at 6:59 am

For the second quarter, I have done the following:
-Large Clear Object
-Internet Sculpture (Julene Harrison; http://airportlife.tumblr.com/post/16232942621)
-Edit 5 Photos
-Copy A Master (Katrina; http://kartk.deviantart.com/art/The-Little-Mermaid-OLD-DRAWING-122332444)
-Random Drawings.

In this second quarter, I have seen improvement in my drawings. I'm not there quite yet, but my realistic drawings are more detailed than before, and it has turned out really well. By this I mean, I am much more satisfied with my work than before. It helps me to watch YouTube videos of how to add realism to a drawing as well as searching some drawings online. I begin a piece by picturing in my head how I want my ending result to look like. When my work is going well, I am filled with a sense of joy- I smile and like to show off my work to my parents and friends. When people see my work, I'd like for them to tell me what they think of my art work. I expect them to tell me if my work was done well or bad- I'd like for them to tell me where they think I need improvement in. Over all, this quarter was fun. I liked doing the internet sculpture and editing the pictures. I love photography, and editing is fun because by editing a photo I can make it even more eye-catching. My little mermaid was fun to draw. While drawing it, it made me want to draw characters from my favorite Disney movies. For my random drawings, I really liked how my hand came out to be. I started out by putting my hand in an odd position and taking a picture of it. For my baby drawing, I saw a cute looking baby and decided to draw it but instead of a baby boy, I drew a baby girl. And for my last random drawing, I drew a woman. I saw it somewhere and it never erased from my memory. I love things that stay in my head for a long time and I draw it.

From Uglies to Beautifuls

Posted by Kimberly Cayamcela in English 3 - Rami on Friday, January 13, 2012 at 12:12 pm

A world filled with creatures who have eyes, hands, feet- the same characteristics as a human; but are not human beings. They're called Uglies. It's ironic because once they become teenagers, they become Beautifuls. When they are Uglies, they are: ugly, shy, and confused. Once they metamorphasize into Beautifuls, they are: beautiful, friendly, talkitive, energetic, loving, and... gain power. No, not that, “I'm stronger because I'm older” kind of power. They actually gain super powers. Crazy, I know. What's even crazier is that, I fell in love with Greig who was a Beautiful. He didn't tell me he was, not until he propsed. There is a consequence when you marry a Beautiful, you begin to gain super powers. I gained the power of invisibility. I'm telling you a little too much of the endings and not the beginings. So let me tell you how I came to know of Greig and how exactly it is I fell in love with him.

The day I met Greig was quite hilarious. I met him at Shoprite. As I was picking fresh tomatoes at the produce section isle 1, a man came up to me awkwardly,

“You are beautiful, mami!” Damn all spanish speakers. Is it just me that gets annoyed when someone calls me mami, or am I the only one? I would have been polite only if he had not ended it with “mami”.
“I didn't know I was your mom. Ugly b*tch!”
“Who you think you talkin' to, ma?”
“I AM NOT YOUR MOTHER. Now leave me alone.”
“Can't a brother get your number though?” and that is when Greig comes along raising his voice up, “Hey man, she's my girl. Now if you could kidly leave, I'd appreciate it.”
I was in dismay. Who would want me as their girlfriend?, I thought to myself. As I kept trying to figure out if it was one of my friends, I turned around to see who it was. I saw a man in his mid twenties, nice medium cut long hair, aqua blue eyes, and a fit body. I agreed saying in my most convincing voice, “See, this is why I wanted you to leave. My boyfriend John gets pissed off when other guys hit on me.” What a gullible being, the man believed me and simply responded, “Oh, my bad. Have a nice day y'all.”, and left. After he left we both laughed for a good 5 minutes.
“You're a great liar!”
“As are you...uhm- what's your name?”
“Oh right, how could I have forgotten to introduce myself. I'm Greig, and you are?”
“I'm Cataleya. Nice to meet you. Thanks for pretending to be my boyfriend!”
“Oh no problem, I save girls lives, that's what I'm known for.” “Haha, clever of you to say.”
“I try, I try. I need to get going now, I left my dog at the house, I must go and take him out for a walk! May I have your number?” HE JUST ASKED FOR MY NUMBER, MY NUMBER.
“Of course you can have it!” I gave him my number along with a hug.

I knew that it was too good to be true. Who was I kidding, a guy with perfect looks going for me? My friends would always joke about how I would become a nun, and I'm starting to believe I will. In the beginning of December I received a phone call from Greig. “Hey Cataleya!” I didn't recognize his voice. It was about 3 months since I met him. “Mathew, is it you?” I asked confused. “No silly, it is Greig. Do you remember me?”

“Oh. The man who's job is to save girls lives. I do remember!”
He giggled, “Yup, that's me! I was calling to see if you would be interested in going on a date with me tomorrow night at Red Lobster. I'll text you the address.”
To not make myself seem desperate I pretended to have plans. “Hmm. Let me check my calendar. Just a second. Perfect, I have nothing planned for tomorrow so, yes I will take your offer. See you tomorrow night!”
“Okay great Cataleya. See you tomorrow night.” Once I hanged up the phone I realized I did not have a dress to wear. Since I was bored anyway, I decided to go to the mall to see if I could buy one. After hours of searching for one, I found the perfect dress. Tick-tock, tick-tock, I was counting down the hours that were left until my date. 3 o'clock, 4 o'clock, 5 o'clock, and it was time to go to Red Lobster. I got there early, I didn't want to make a bad first impression. Dinner was nice. We talked for about 2 hours straight, then ate. And all of a sudden, as he was drinking his Fanta orange soda, he had to leave. He used the same excuse as last time, “I left my dog at the house, I must go and take him out for a walk, sorry!”. After that he called and apologized. I forgave him of course. But after a while, it made me suspicious. I didn't want to ask him if something was wrong so I waited for him to let me know what was happening. Monday morning he called me to ask for us to meet at Municipal Park; he sounded worried. I agreed to meet him at 5 o'clock sharp. He wasn't there on time. I waited for an hour, and as I was getting ready to leave he showed up saying, “Wait, don't leave just yet.” I sat back down on the bench and asked, “Is everything alright?”
“No, not at all.”
“Why, what's wrong?”
“Promise me you will not walk away.”
“I won't. I promise.” This is when the explanation of him being a Beautiful began He told me that his kind was not permitted to mate with humans. He also let me know that for those who do mate with humans, are killed by their mother. I was a little scared to know that I've been interacting with a non human being for the past 8 months, but surprisingly, I did not care. I loved Greig, from the second I met him, so why should I be scared now? He was running late, I saw it in his eyes.
“I love you Cateleya. I will always be here. Just look up at the moon as I will be watching the moon every night. He kissed me, and that was it, he didn't even bother giving me the excuse of having to go walk his dog because I knew the truth already.

Three years passed. It was my 28th birthday, 12 o'clock sharp. And I was looking at the moon remembering how sweet and sincere Greig sounded when he said the words “I love you.”. I heard a voice that sounded just like Greig. When I was thinking about him saying “I love you.”, he was behind me whispering “I love you”.

“Holy crap, it IS you!”, I reacted. “Shouldn't you go back to Moonapia before they come and find you?”
“We don't have to worry about me being killed anymore@ There are new rulers in Moonapia that have permitted for Beautifuls to mate with Humans.”
He got on one knee and said, “Will you marry me Cataleya?” Tears of happiness fell down my cheeks. “Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, a million times yes!” Jokingly we call ourselves the fantastic 4. We have a daughter Casey who has the power to teleport, a son who is incredibly fast, and as for me-I can become invisible when ever I want to, and Creig has always has the power to read minds.

Kimberly Cayamcela's Benchmark Reflection

Posted by Kimberly Cayamcela in American History - Laufenberg on Thursday, November 10, 2011 at 7:17 pm
this is my contribution to the project: https://sites.google.com/a/scienceleadership.org/cast-your-vote/home/position-paper
this is where you can view the project in its entirety: https://sites.google.com/a/scienceleadership.org/cast-your-vote/home

  • How did your group go about making a decision for what to focus on for the project?
Well, I was absent the day my group chose what the focus was going to be for the project. I would have chosen something different than focusing on felons, perhaps giving the right to vote to immigrants or sixteen year olds. But, throughout the project the thought of giving felons the right to vote grew on me.
  • 11th grade Essential ? - What is the role of the individual in creating and sustaining change?
The role of an individual in creating and sustaining change is: being able to point out what is needed to be changed within oneself- not by having someone else point out what is needed to be changed- as well as sticking to what they choose to change by believing in oneself and not giving up.
  • How has your understanding of the electoral process and whether or not the US is a democracy evolved during this unit?
My understanding of the electoral process was not as enhanced as I hoped for it to be. I didn't question voters about the electoral process because when I interviewed them they seemed to not be interested in politics. But, I feel as if America is losing its label of being called democratic. The voter turnouts through out the years have not been high. This project helped me realize what kind of people it is that don't have the right to vote. If America is a democracy, everybody living in this nation should have the right to vote!
  • How did you decide to best relay a message to a national audience with your marketing campaign?
    I
was in charge of writing the position paper. In the beginning I found it difficult to write it due to not agreeing to what I had to write about- how felons should have the right to vote. When I think about felons I think about all the crimes I can possible think of. I started out with "they shouldn't be able to vote!" to "they should be able to vote!" after my research. And so after actually agreeing with what my group said, I began write the position. What I tried to include in the position paper as best as I could was facts to support the main idea. I thought that by doing so the audience would be convinced and agree with the idea of giving the right to all felons of voting.

Election Day Interview

November 8, 2011.
I went to Sullivan School and because of not liking the responses of the first four I ended up interviewing five. Their lack of enthusiasm and their short responses made me not want to display their interview here and so I chose to only display Sally's interview.

Kimberly: Hello! I'm Kimberly Cayamcela and I attend Science Leadership Academy. In history class students were assigned to interview a voter. Are you willing to answer a couple questions?
Sally: Sure!

Kimberly: Your name please?
Sally: Sally.

Kimberly: What motivated you to come out and vote today?
Sally: Wanting to see change.

Kimberly: I want to see change as well, hopefully we see change within the next four years. Do you know why we vote on Tuesday?
Sally: Why on Tuesday? No I don't, do you?

Kimberly: I learned this in history class actually. Because of people having to put aside for their worshiping days and having a job to go to, Tuesday was chosen as the day to vote. This gives the voters enough time to visit the polls without interfering with their days of worship, job, and marketing days.
Sally: Oh! Thanks for letting me know.

Kimberly: *giggles* you're welcome. Do you vote in every election?
Sally: Yes. I've pretty much voted every opportunity I've had since I was eighteen.

Kimberly: That's good to hear; we should have more voters like you. Are you always sure of who you are going to vote for before entering the booth?
Sally: No.

Kimberly: I wouldn't be either. What changes do you hope to see in Philadelphia as a result of this election?
Sally: For the mayor to focus more on crime fighting. I hear so many stories on people getting jumped. I think he's doing a great job, but I think the crime is out of control.

Kimberly: I agree. Not only does the mayor need to look out for us a little more, but the people have to be a little more cautious and cooperative. Well, this finalizes the interview. Thank you for your time and have a nice evening!
Sally: Thank you, you too!

Kimberly Cayamcela, Quarter 1 work.

-Figure Drawing

-Clear Object Drawing

-I wasn't satisfied with my final figure drawing because it wasn't as realistic as I planned it to be. I wasn't feeling creative throughout the process of its drawing so the ending results were this. Detail is cue; the details in this drawing could have been better. I learned that the way you make the body makes a difference. If I could draw this over, I would make it look more real and have it show the creativity I actually have in my head when drawing.

-What I liked best about my clear object drawing was the result of it actually looking real, rather than looking at it and thinking: "this looks like my 5 year old brother drew it."  My favorite tool by far is charcoal because of its different shadings.  Also, it makes the drawing look rich and is easily used for smearing. When I'm done drawing something I like for people to critique my work so I can see the point of view of others instead of only mine, and can work on bettering my work.  I'm an amateur artist but I am willing to learn from my mistakes and am excited to become a better artist at the end of this school year.  Leave some feedback! please and thanks.  :D

Immigration Visualization Project

Immigration History on Prezi

What was surprising about the information I saw was how the immigration population went accordingly to the events that were taking place at the time in the United States. Also, it was surprising to see what caused each event to happen. If something went wrong, another thing would go wrong. Or, if something good happened, something good would follow along. What seemed quite obvious about the data set was, seeing as the events that occurred in the United States -varied from being good and bad- it affected the immigration population from increasing (when good) and decreasing (when bad). I predict that within the next 2 decades, the population of the US will decrease but also increase. Due to the recession:people being laid off, businesses shutting down, schools shutting down, etc. the population of immigrants will decrease. I believe that after the economy becomes more stabilized the population rate will return to its normality of increasing. My partner Brianna and I decided to use prezi because of its easy access. We kept it easy and simple; a timeline that included the events that occurred at the time and a picture. What was challenging of this group work project was researching and obtaining accurate information. When searching for a certain year and its events, I would find events of certain states rather than information of the United States. What I woud do differently if I could do this project over again is instead of using prezi's format, I would make a video. I really liked the video Ms. Laufenberg showed us, it was of a roller coaster (representing the ups and downs of the prices of houses.) I feel as if we didn't really have time to be more creative. But, I liked the results of my project.
