Is the Insanity Defense fair?

I think that insanity defense could and shouldn't be aken advantage of, I agree with many of your interviewees that after the first crime, they should be put somewhere they will not harm anyone. I do not that think that they should be tooken away from society though, that's too harsh for someone with a mental disorder, but they should be charged. One question is what made you chose this topic? It is very interesting, and I like how you added the music in there.

I think that the insanity defense is a topic that causes a lot of debate due the idea of determining if a person is really insane.
