Overall, the flow of your story was great. Very easy to follow and understand. I love the idea of children being able to see through an aliens disguise. I reminds me of how a child's creativity is much more than that of an adult because they have not experienced the world yet.
you set up the characters very well. the plot development was great. but as the story came to a close it did fill as though you were rushed to end it.
this story's title makes me think of the boy in the striped pajamas, but the story itself reminds me of the article by national geographic on how the human race would respond if they found an alien. some would respond as the parents did while other would respond like the child.
Really nice to read the story. Easy to follow. I like specially the change to the other point of view with the omnipresent alien narrator. I liked the poem btw.
I really enjoyed this story because it was easy to follow and suspenseful. You did a good job of setting up the characters and the plot in a way that made the reader care from the very beginning.
The story was developed really well, and it explained a lot of the things I was initially confused about. However, the ending felt somewhat rushed.
The thing about children and animals being able to see through the one alien's disguise reminded me of the belief that animals are able to see spirits that humans can't.
