We more than doubled our reach this year with over 50 programs represented in the Official Selections (over 300 films were submitted this year) from high school, university and independent filmmakers throughout the region.
Rounding out awarding over $300,000 in recurring university scholarships, a whole host of sponsors are supporting the growth of a hyper-connect media making community with tech prizes, internships and summer filmmaking opportunities.
Everyone is deeply excited about the Gala kicking off this next year of Rough Cut morphing into a City-wide program, and realizing a long-standing dream of opening up Rough Cut Studios in the old Bok building down in S Philly.
