Lesly Farfan Capstone

I wanted my capstone to focus on the Latinx community. I wanted to educate others about the different type on business that we have in Philadelphia specializing on the stores in 9th street. Me and my partner Sarahi had to interview different owners. The final product on my part is a children’s book. In that way kids are able to learn about other cultures. The videos of the interview that we made are on a website that Sarahi created that component is so that adults can also learn about these stories. We tried to find a way so everyone could learn from this project. In the children’s you will find a combinations of short stories. Each will be talking about the challenges these people had to face their ups and downs. And it will include pictures that we took from these places
