Grahm Bacon's Capstone

For my capstone, I wanted to combine Engineering with my love for Marine Science. With this, I decided to create a reef tank. I also built a cabinet/stand for the tank and its own filtration system. However, the reef tank is not complete. I am donating my capstone to Kids on 12th however they are moving in June. This does not allow me to add any of the life into the tank. If I did, it would make it nearly impossible to move without harming the life within the tank. For this project, a lot of research needed to be done. I needed all the components of my project to work together in order for life to sustain itself. This project was very difficult for me. All throughout this project, I struggled with myself when it came to getting over my fears of failing and getting over many frustrating obstacles. The biggest challenge I struggled with was time management. Even though this is the case, I feel that I grew a lot on a personal and a student level. Despite all of this I had a really fun time building this project and learning many new things from carpentry to time management.
