i think you pulled this off very well. i liked how it was kind of educational but engaging. i think you hit the mark on all the elements they were clear and well put together. Was the book theme a reason you used white as your background? because when i think of death i think of heaven or hell that's the image i got from that.

the design here is really good. everything is nice and organized, and the color scheme is good as well. i commend you on your emulation; you gave me another perspective of what should happen with your body after you die.
While I'm not familiar with your author, I think your scene is very well crafted and emulated! You included all three of your elements very nicely while keeping the design simple yet clean-cut.
